ABOUT
​The Feldenkrais Method provides a way of deepening our awareness of our own bodies. It is a method for slowing down letting go of inefficient or stressful ways of using our bodies and learning to move through the world more easily and effortlessly.
This can lead to a greater sense of balance and feeling at home in your body.

I work with people who want to explore how to slow down and connect with their bodies.

I also work with counsellors and psychotherapists who want to deepen their own embodied experience as a support for their work.
